If Facebook won't connect to Scaled Creator, even when Instagram does, check these in order.
Make sure it's a Facebook Page, not a personal profile
Scaled Creator connects to a Facebook Page. A personal profile won't work, even if it's switched to Professional Mode. If you don't have a Page yet, here's how to create a Facebook Page.
Reconnect in a private or incognito window
Open a private or incognito window and go to your Accounts page. Disconnect Facebook, and Instagram too if you connect it through Facebook, then reconnect. A private window clears saved Facebook and Instagram logins, which is the most common cause.
Select the right Page
