Scalelist MCP server

Find emails and phone numbers for any contact, directly from your AI assistant.

Get Connected in 2 Minutes

1. Open your AI assistant's connector settings.

2. Add a new custom connector and paste the Scalelist MCP URL: https://mcp.scalelist.com/mcp

3. A browser tab will open. Sign in to your Scalelist account and click Authorize.

4. Close the tab when you see "Authentication complete" and go back to your chat.

That's it. Start prompting.

What You Can Do

Find an email for a specific lead "Find the email for the Head of Sales at Intercom."

Find a phone number for a specific lead "Find the mobile number for the CFO of Stripe."

Enrich a list of leads "Find emails and phones for all the people in this list."

Check your credit balance "How many Scalelist credits do I have left?"


How Credits Work

Same as the app and API — no surprises.

  • Email found = 1 credit

  • Phone found = 20 credits

  • No result = 0 credits — you are never charged for an empty result

Your AI will show you results before any credits are consumed. If something looks off, stop before confirming and no charge is applied.


Troubleshooting

"Nothing happens after connecting" → Start with "Check my Scalelist credits." If Claude or ChatGPT returns your balance, the connection is working correctly.

"The auth tab closed but the AI shows disconnected" → Go back to your AI assistant — the connection finalises automatically after you close the tab. If it still shows disconnected, remove the connector and repeat the setup.

"The AI is connected but returns no results" → Check two things: (1) the Scalelist connector is toggled on for the current conversation — it needs to be enabled per chat in most AI assistants. (2) Your credit balance in Scalelist — if you're at zero, top up your plan.

"No result for a specific contact" → Try again with the full name and company domain. Partial names or nicknames reduce match accuracy. No credits are charged for empty results.
