What Are Business Registrations?
Business registrations allow businesses to submit their official and accurate information either before or during a nomination ballot. This ensures that the correct details are available for use throughout the contest process.
When registering, businesses can provide important information such as:
The official spelling of the business name
The business logo
Location-specific registrations if the business has multiple locations or franchises
If a business operates in multiple locations, each location can submit its own registration for the ballot.

Business registrations help both the publication and the contest platform manage business information more effectively.

Providing accurate contact and business information if a business advances from the nominations phase to the final voting phase, or if the business wins
What Business Registrations Do Not Do?
It’s important to understand what business registrations do not do:
They do not guarantee that a business will appear on the ballot
They do not override or supersede voting results
They do not cost anything — submitting a business registration is completely free
How to Register Your Business
You can submit a business registration in two different ways.
Option 1: From the Promote Section
Navigate to the Promote section at the top of the page.
Click Business – Register Your Business.
Complete and submit the registration form.
Option 2: From the Nominations Ballot
If you are already browsing the nominations ballot:
Navigate to any group or category within the ballot.
Look at the bottom right-hand corner of the page.
Click Register Your Business.
Complete the form and submit your registration.
