What are your return terms?

Explanation of the right of withdrawal, testing products, exceptions, and refunds when returning.

Return policy

At Scentech, you have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receipt without giving a reason. After cancelling, you have another 14 days to send the product back.

You'll then receive the full order amount, including standard shipping costs, back, provided the product is returned in its original condition and packaging.
Return shipping costs are on us, unless stated otherwise.

General return terms

  • Returns must be complete and in original condition

  • Products should (if possible) be returned in their original packaging

  • Missing parts or clear signs of use can lead to a reduction in value or refusal of a refund

Using and testing products

Smart Aroma Diffuser

  • You may briefly test one diffuser to judge whether the product meets your expectations

  • Prolonged or intensive use (such as several days or weeks) is considered excessive and can lead to a reduction in value

  • Diffusers with scent residue or without packaging may be refused

ScentPods

  • You may open a ScentPod and smell it at the opening, without using it

  • Want to test it anyway? You may use a maximum of one ScentPod and use no more than 10 ml of it

  • Only the first opened ScentPod from your order may be eligible for return

  • Any other opened or used ScentPods are not accepted

Orders with multiple diffusers/ScentPods

  • You may test only one diffuser and one ScentPod

  • The remaining products must stay unused and in original condition

  • If more than one diffuser or multiple ScentPods have been used, we may (partially) refuse the return

Exceptions to returns

Not returnable:

  • ScentPods that have been opened and used in a diffuser (except as explained above)

  • Diffusers with clear signs of use or without original packaging

  • Products that are damaged or have been used carelessly

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, you'll get a (partial) refund within 14 days.
Has the product been used more than allowed? Then we'll apply a value reduction.
You'll be informed of this by email.
