Want to return something? That's easy, but we ask you to read the return terms carefully first. This helps you avoid sending back products that aren't eligible for return – and that saves unnecessary CO₂ emissions and effort on both sides.

In summary, the following rules apply:
You have 30 days to decide after receiving your order
You may briefly test one diffuser
You may open one ScentPod and use up to 10 ml
Any other opened or used products cannot be returned
Returns must be complete and in original condition

Step 2: Contact customer service
Send us a message and ask for a team member. We'll then send you a link where you can register your return and create a shipping label.
We review your return request based on the return terms. This keeps the return process fair, sustainable, and smooth.
