How do I download my VAT invoice?
Follow these steps to access your invoice:
Go to our website (https://www.getscentech.com).
On mobile, open menu (menu icon top left corner), in the bottom of the menu it say's 'account' or 'accountpage'. On desktop click on the profile icon in the top right corner.
Enter your email address.
You will immediately receive an email with a secure login link.
Click the link to log in automatically (Shopify login method).
Once logged in, go to Orders in your account.
Select the order for which you need the invoice.
Click View invoice.
Your invoice will open as a downloadable document.
What if I don’t have an account?
Even if you have never logged in before, the steps above still work.
Shopify automatically creates an account for your email address when you place an order.
You only need to use the login link to access your orders and invoices.
Do invoices get emailed automatically?
Yes. For every order, we automatically send:
an order confirmation
your VAT invoice
If you cannot find the email, please check your spam or junk folder.
You can always download the invoice again through your account.
When is the invoice created?
The invoice is created immediately after your order is placed.
If a return or adjustment is processed later, an updated invoice or credit note may appear, but the original invoice will always remain visible in your account.
