Scentech Club is our free rewards programme. You're a member automatically as soon as you order from us. You earn points, climb levels and get store credit back on every order. Points never expire and you never drop a level.
How you earn points
Ordering: 1 point per euro.
The app: installing 20 points, pairing your diffuser 20, setting a schedule 20, turning on notifications 40. 100 points in total.
Using your diffuser for a week: 250 points.
Writing a review via the link in your account or the app: 200 points and €5 store credit.
Inviting a friend with your personal link: 200 points and €15 store credit per friend who orders.
Taking part in our survey: 50 points.
Entering your birthday: 10 points. On your birthday itself you get €5 store credit.
One year with Scentech: 50 points and €10 store credit.
Levels and store credit
Bronze (start), Silver from 375 points, Gold from 950, Platinum from 1,400, Diamond from 2,000.
On every order you get part of it back as store credit: Bronze 5%, Silver 7%, Gold 10%, Platinum and Diamond 12%. Store credit is valid for 60 days, is ready in your account and in the app, and comes off the amount of your next order automatically.
You can also save your credit for a next order or transfer it to a friend. How that works is explained in Scentech Club in the app.
If you return an order you paid for with store credit, that credit comes back to your account. It then stays valid for at least 14 days.
Your personal deal
When you reach a new level, you get a personal deal for 14 days. The deal is valid up to and including the last day (23:59). You'll find it via the link in your email, in the app under Club and in your account.
Silver: 40% off all diffusers and a lower price per scent: 3 scents €26.95, 5 scents €24.95, 7 scents €22.95 each.
Gold: the same lower price per scent.
Platinum and Diamond: no deal, but 12% store credit on every order.
Your friend link
In the app (Club) and in your account you'll find your personal link. If a friend orders through that link, they get €15 off. You get €15 store credit and 200 points as soon as that order is in. This works for up to 10 friends per year.
Where do you see your status?
In the app under Club, or at getscentech.com/pages/account. You log in with your email address and a code by email, no password.
Logging in to the app
The app logs in through Shopify. When you tap Log in, your phone asks whether Scentech may use 'shopify.com' to sign in. Tap Continue, enter your email address and enter the code from your email. Use the email address you ordered with, so your orders and your points are on one account.
Two email addresses?
Points belong to an email address. If you accidentally ordered with one address and used the app with another, send us a message with both addresses. We'll merge your points.
Logging out or switching accounts
On the website: go to your account, the Details block, and choose Log out (or open getscentech.com/account/logout). In the app: Account, gear icon, Log out. Then log in with the other email address.
Don't see the Club?
A small group of our customers is in a test group without the Club. That's how we measure what the Club brings. Want to join anyway? Send us a message via chat or WhatsApp and we'll move you over. Your points for earlier orders will then count as well.
