Adding a new schedule
Follow these steps to create a new schedule:
Open the Scentech app and select your device to go to the "Device Control" page.
Press the "+" button to add a new schedule.
A page for the "Working period setting" will now open.
Setting working hours
On the settings page you can decide when the diffuser starts and stops:
Start time: Scroll through the hours and minutes under "Start working time" to set when the device should start.
Stop time: Scroll through the hours and minutes under "Stop working time" to set when the device should stop.
Selecting days of the week
You can choose which specific days the schedule should be active:
Below the time settings you'll find the days of the week.
By default, all days are selected ("Every day").
Tap the days (Monday through Sunday) to check or uncheck them for this specific schedule.
Choosing the scent intensity (Grade)
For each schedule you can set the strength of the scent diffusion:
Use the buttons to raise or lower the intensity.
You can choose from three default levels:
Grade 1 (G1): 10 seconds misting, 220 seconds rest.
Grade 2 (G2): 20 seconds misting, 120 seconds rest.
Grade 3 (G3): 25 seconds misting, 60 seconds rest.
Custom settings: Check the "Custom" box to set your own "Spray Time" (working time) and "Pause Time" in seconds.
Saving and managing
Don't forget to save your changes:
Press the "Save" button in the top right to activate your schedule.
Turning a schedule on/off: Use the toggle button next to a schedule to temporarily deactivate it without deleting the schedule.
Deleting: Want to remove a schedule? Swipe the relevant schedule to the left on the overview page.
Tip from Fin: Make sure to press "Save" after every change, otherwise the new times won't be sent to your Smart Aroma Diffuser 2.
