The diffuser isn't misting

If no mist comes out of the device, we recommend checking this article: What to do if the Smart Aroma Diffuser 2 isn't misting?

Weak or reduced misting

If the scent output is less powerful than usual:

  • Cleaning: The misting head may be clogged. We recommend cleaning the device with alcohol every 1 to 2 months.

  • Seal: Check that the rubber sealing ring (gasket) in the misting head is still present and undamaged.

  • Oil quality: Preferably use the included oils for the best effect. Oils from another manufacturer may not be suitable for use in our diffuser.

Oil leakage or spattering

  • Keep the device upright: The most important rule is to always keep the machine vertical. If the device lies flat or gets tilted, this causes oil leakage.

  • Check the bottle: Make sure the bottle is screwed firmly into the misting head.

  • Replacement: If the machine spatters oil, the misting head is likely damaged and needs to be replaced.

Strange noises

  • Loose parts: There may be a loose part inside the machine. Try carefully checking the machine for loose components.

The "Manual Test" (G3 / 1H)

If the diffuser isn't responding to the app, run this test to check the hardware:

  1. Use the dial on the device and set the timer to 1H (1 hour).

  2. Press the button briefly to manually set the intensity to G3 (Grade 3).

  3. Wait one minute. Does the machine now start misting? Then the issue is likely with the settings in the app.

Important: Never try to disassemble or modify the machine yourself. Contact customer service if the manual test doesn't work.
