If you're logged in to the app, you'll also find your Scentech Club there. How the programme works is explained in Scentech Club: points, levels, store credit and your friend link. This article is about where it lives in the app and what you can do with it.
Where do you find the Club?
Open the Account tab. At the top is your Club card with your level and your points. Tap it to open the Club screen. There you'll see your store credit, your personal deal, the steps that earn you points and your friend link.
There's nothing to switch on. Log in with the email address you ordered with, so your orders and your points are on one account.
Earning points in the app
Logging in, pairing your diffuser and setting a schedule each earn 20 points. At the end of setup you'll see the points bar move three times. Turn on notifications after that and 40 more points are added. Each step counts once.
New points appear as a small banner at the top when you open the app. If you've been away for a while, you'll get an overview under Welcome back.
Store credit in the cart
If you have store credit, the cart applies it automatically. You'll see the line Store credit applied with the amount taken off. At checkout the same amount appears under Store credit.
Would you rather keep your credit? Tap Save for a next order under that line. You then pay the regular amount and your credit stays until its expiry date. Changed your mind? Tap Use it on this order after all.
Transferring store credit to a friend
On the Club screen, next to your balance, is the link Transfer to a friend. Enter your friend's email address and an amount, then confirm. The credit lands on your friend's account right away, with the same expiry date as yours. Your friend sees it in the app and in their account.
Your friend has a Scentech account on that email address.
The amount is at least €1 and never more than your balance.
You can do this five times per 24 hours.
You can also transfer credit on getscentech.com, in your account under Club.
Your deal in the Shop
When you reach a new level, your deal sits at the top of the Shop tab and on the Club screen for 14 days. At Silver you get 40% off diffusers and a lower price per scent. At Gold you get the lower price per scent. Platinum and Diamond get no deal, but they do get the highest percentage of store credit on every order.
Don't see the Club?
First check that you're logged in with the email address you ordered with. If you accidentally used two addresses, send us a message with both. We'll merge your points.
A small group of our customers is in a test group without the Club. That's how we measure what the Club brings. Want to join anyway? Send us a message via chat or WhatsApp and we'll move you over. Your points for earlier orders will then count as well.
