Adding a Child - Activity Registration in the App

This article will take you through the steps to add a child in the Activity Registration process in the App.

  • First, you need to navigate to your Family dashboard. Click on the My Family tab at the bottom of the screen.

  • An additional tool bar will pop up and you will click on Family. This will take you to your Family Dashboard.

  • On your Family Dashboard, if this is the first child you are adding to your family, you will see a large box to prompt you to Add a Child.

  • If you have existing children already in your Family you will just see the small box at the top of the screen to Add Child.

  • It will then ask you if this child is New to Bound or already a part of a School or Club.

  • If the child is new to Bound clicking on the New to Bound option will bring you to a screen to input information on the child being added. Fill out the required fields and click Create Child and you will have successfully added a new child to your Bound Family Dashboard.

  • If you are adding a child that has already participated with a School or Club in bound then clicking on the School/Club option will lead you through steps to find this child. First you will choose the state that this child has participated in.

  • Then you will choose the school that the child is enrolled with.

  • Finally you will begin to search for your child by inputting the last name. It will bring up a list of students as you type in the child's last name.

  • If this child is already a part of a Bound family a screen will pop up notifying you of this. It will show the Guardian emails of this child and you must request access from them for this child.
