A Supervisor can be added by either one by one on an individual basis (manually) or through a CSV upload.
*Before continuing, make sure that there are existing Groups and Teams
To manually add a Supervisor, please follow these steps:
Navigate to the 'Staff' tab, click on Supervisors, and then click on "Add Supervisor".
After clicking on 'Add Supervisor', a profile window will be displayed as per the picture below. Be aware of *mandatory fields.
*Enter the user's First Name and last name
*Enter the user's E-mail address (must be a valid email account as an email invitation will be sent to validate the user's account, as well as password reminders) or Username if E-mail is not needed.
*Assign the user to respective Group(s). Once a group is selected, the system will then display a list of related Teams.
*Assign the user to the respective Team(s)
Supervisors can be assigned to multiple Groups and multiple Teams.
If required, enter "External ID" (Alphanumeric field)
There is also a tick-box where the Admin can decide if the Supervisor Can Be Scored. This is optional.
Click "Add Supervisor" to complete the process
After the account is successfully created, the new user will be added to the Supervisors list as per the picture below.
As a final step, click on OFF located on the "Access" column, to activate the account, and by doing so it will then automatically trigger the email invitation.
From this point, it is up to the user to enable and change their password via the email invitation.

How to proceed when the Scorebuddy emails can't be found?
1) Check Spam mailbox
2) Check trash mailbox
3) Contact your ICT to make sure that the Firewall is not blocking our emails. An easy way to identify a real issue is that all users are not receiving any Scorebuddy emails if you have a single user complaining, that is more likely to do with 1 and 2 above.
Staff Upload
Supervisors can be added more efficiently to the Scorebuddy platform by uploading a CSV file with their details (Staff > Supervisors > Upload Staff).
Before continuing, make sure that Groups and Teams were previously created, as you will need the respective IDs to proceed with the uploading. See Photo below to see where to find Group/Team ID's
To upload/import Supervisors, please follow these steps:
Navigate to the Staff tab, click on "Supervisors"
Click on the "Upload Staff" button in the top right-hand corner.
The "Staff Uploader" page will be presented
The system will display instructions down the page depending on the "Mode" option selected
In the CSV file, the Group and Team are identified by their Group ID and Team ID, not by their name. The Group/Team IDs can be found in Staff - Groups and Staff - Teams, in the first column.
Note:
Pay particular attention to the last column of the CSV before uploading it. The entry for the Action column (the last one in the CSV) should be 'Add' and not 'Ignore' otherwise the upload will not be submitted.
After filling out the CSV file:
Step 1: After double-checking that the CSV file is correct and accurate, you can click on 'Browse' or just drag and drop the file for upload
Step 2: and then select the button 'Upload CSV file'.
Last step: A confirmation message will let you know if all rows were accepted or not. It may take up to 5 minutes for all Supervisors to be added to the platform.
