How to create a Scorecard

When clicking on the Scorecards' tab the system will display a page with a list of all existing Scorecards, including templates that can be amended to suit the user’s needs. If this is your choice, check out our 'Managing Scorecard changes' section.

When creating a Scorecard from scratch, the admin should follow these five steps:

Step 1 Create a Scorecard

Following the sequence above, navigate to the "Scorecards" tab

1.1 Click the 'New Scorecard' button.

A blank form will appear with ten empty questions.

1.2 Fill in the "Name" of your Scorecard

1.3 Select the "Type" of Scorecard (Standard, Success Rate, Non Numeric)

1.4 Associate a "Group" to it (Note: you can select all groups have access or one select group)

1.6 Then "Add Scorecard".

Step 2 Add Section

Now that you have created a Scorecard, the next step is to Add Sections to it.

2.1 Click on "More", located on the top right-hand corner, and then select "Sections" from the drop-down.

You will be prompted to the Sections configuration page

2.2 Click 'New Section'

The Section setup page will be displayed.

2.3 Enter the "Section" Name & select "Type", click "Submit" when you finish.

  • Does not support special characters such as `^\{}βΰ

Click on Scorecard to go back to the Scorecard you are editing

Step 3 Add Questions, and Answer Choices

3.1 Enter your question into question text field

  • You can Add more or Remove questions via "No. of Questions" field option

3.2 Assign the question to a corresponding Section you have previously created by selecting from the drop-down

3.2 Click "Save Scorecard" to complete this process

3.3 Click "Answer". A pop up window will be displayed

3.4 Enter Answer text

  • You can Add more by clicking on "+ Add answer choice" field option (use the bin to remove)

3.4 Click "Save" to complete

Within the scorecard, click on "More" on the top right-hand side, and select "Question Details" from the drop down.

The Question Details configuration page will be displayed

Apply the desired weightings to each questions, select N/A tickbox and then click "Save"

Note:

After Configuring your Scorecard, you can check it out by using the "Preview Scorecard" option which is located on the "Edit Scorecard" page.

Click on "More" drop-down menu, and then click "Preview Scorecard"
