Apply Smart Tags to your Helpdesk Tickets

Cx MOMENTS users can use Cx MOMENTS topics to tag Support Tickets in Freshdesk or Zendesk Support. Smart Tagging is useful to:

  • Create Helpdesk automation by configuring Freshdesk Observer rules or Zendesk Triggers that will start when detecting the new tag applied.

  • Create customer list for highly targeted outbound winback, upsell or feebdack campaigns based on Cx MOMENTS granular AI tags.

When creating a new Tag, simply

  1. Enter a tag name which will be applied to your tickets in Freshdesk/Zendesk

2. Select the Cx MOMENTS Topic that will trigger this tag. Any new ticket/chat that is classified against this topic will receive this tag in your Helpdesk.

Note 1: smart tags only apply to new tickets that come into Cx MOMENTS after the tag was set-up.

Note 2: Smart Tagging is an add-on to your current subscription. If you wish to try it before purchasing it, let us know and we will activate it for a 2 weeks free trial period.

Note 3: Smart tagging is currently only available for Freshdesk and Zendesk Support integrations. We will update this article as we continue to add more integration
