If you’d like to permanently close your account and delete all data associated with it, please follow these steps:
To fully delete your account, open the user management settings and go to the
MY ACCOUNTpage.Click on
DELETE MY ACCOUNTand enter your password for verification.Confirm your deletion process by clicking
PROCEED.
Your account and all associated personal data will then be permanently deleted.
Note: Be aware that after your deletion a restoring of your data is not possible. Please use the export data function to download your account data before you delete your account.
