Will I lose my data if I downgrade?

No, your data is never deleted from Scoutpad. When you downgrade to the free version, your reports and watchlist players will still be saved in your account. But if you exceed the limits of the free plan you won't be able to create new reports until you delete old ones. If at some point you decide to re-subscribe to a paid plan, you'll regain access to full Single or Team Package features.

Will my reports continue to work?

Yes, but keep in mind a free plan has a limited set of features. When your account downgrades to a free plan, some paid features continue to work but with restrictions. When you reached a plan limit, we let you know that you need to upgrade your subscription to keep use of all plan features.

You may run into restrictions when downgrading to a free plan:

  1. You can't export your data.

  2. There's a limit of 5 reports and 5 bookmarked favorite players.

  3. The notes section and advanced league stats on the player detail page are locked.

  4. You can't create additional player watchlists.

  5. You can't create a shadow-team.

What happens to my team?

All user accounts will be set inactive and team features are no longer available when a group admin downgrades his group to a free plan. Reports and data remain saved in the individual accounts, except shared reports can no longer be accessed by group admin.

Each indivual user can now transfer his reports and data to a own free plan to keep use of his account. If the Group-Admin re-upgrades his account with a Team Package, it doesn't automatically recreate the team.
