It’s our way of giving back and helping you succeed. You can earn credits that cover the cost of a paid plan by our reward concept – and even making them free for certain periods of time. Below is a full guide to how this works.
Refer friends, get rewards
You can earn up to 10 Credits each by inviting new users to Scoutpad with a personal referral link for referring such new users that can be found at your EARN CREDITS tab in your account settings page. It's that easy:
Send your personal referral link via automatic e-mail or copy your link and send it yourself.
Your friend register for a Scoutpad account using your referral link.
You get one credit on your balance if your friend logs in for the first time, your friend will receive a personal 20% discount code.
If your friend switches to a Pro plan, you'll get additional 9 Credits.
You can track the status of a referral next to the e-mail at INVITED PEOPLE by INVITATION PENDING, ACCOUNT REGISTERED, CREATED FREE ACCOUNT or CREATED PRO ACCOUNT. For CREATED FREE ACCOUNT and CREATED PRO ACCOUNT an automatic notification will pop-up that refers to the credits earned.
All in all, the more friends you refer the more credits you earn!
Earn credits by milestones
You can also earn credits towards upgrading to a paid subscription by completing any of the tasks below:
Logged in 3 times(2 Credits): You've logged into your account on three different days.Logged in 10 times(1 Credit): You've logged into your account on ten different days.Logged in 20 times(1 Credit): You've logged into your account on twenty different days.Completed 5 match reports(1 Credit): You've created five match reports with your account.Added 20 player notes(1 Credit): You've added twenty player notes on match reports or detail pages.Added 30 player ratings(1 Credit): You've recorded thirty player ratings.Added 10 players to watchlist(1 Credit): You've marked ten players as favourite players.
For custom licences, the milestones mentioned have to be multiplied by the number of group members. So, for a Custom Licence (3 Users) milestone 4 is COMPLETED 15 MATCH REPORTS. For each milestone reached an automatic notification will pop-up that refers to the credits earned.
View your credit
The credits earned will be automatically credited to your account. You can easily check your total credit and the ways you can still earn credit.
Select
SETTINGSon your left-hand sidebar.Go to the
EARN CREDITsection.
Your total credits earned are displayed at the top of the page as a circle. The upper limit of credits you can receive is 50 Credits (1 Credit = 1€ or 1$). Once you reach this limit, your earned credits have to be redeemend first to earn more credits.
For Credits to apply, you must have a paid subscription or first upgrade to a paid subscription. If you already have a paid subscription, you may apply Credits to the next payment due in your billing cycle. Tap on USE CREDITS FOR PAYMENT and the credits will automatically be added to your next payment reducing the amount payable by the number of credits applied.
