How do I manage my subscription?

Subscription and administration settings easy and quick.

You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time of your subscription. All you need to do is log in and adjust the plan straight from your account panel. You can find your plan’s current summary on the Subscription Info page.

Note: Only the group admin will have access to manage the subscription settings.

Subscription & Billing

You can easily manage your subscription settings within the User Management section. Navigate to SETTINGS - SUBSCRIPTION & BILLING

You can check your trial expiration date in your ACCOUNT SETTINGS. Next to your Subscription Plan, it says YOU HAVE HAVE X DAYS LEFT IN YOUR FREE TRIAL. After your trial expires, you’ll will receive an email from us with the subject YOUR TRIAL HAS EXPIRED.

Follow these steps to select or manage your Scoutpad plan:

  1. Select one of our plan packages offered and set your payment method to annual or monthly. Have in mind that there is a discount of up to 20% for an annual payment!

  2. Confirm that you want to change your subcription settings and click PROCEED.

  3. Choose PRIVATE USAGE or COMPANY USAGE and enter your billing data. For company usage you'll asked for a valid VAT company number. (Our payment provider is automatically validating the VAT, so keep in mind that in case of a invalid VAT the billing process stops and you'll be asked to re-check your data)


  4. Enter your preferrend payment method.

  5. The invoice is emailed to the account owner.

Please note that all subscription plans are automatically recurring meaning we will re-bill you in the future on the date of purchase unless you cancel prior.


How to Redeem a Coupon Code

If you have a coupon code you can apply this on your BILLING SETTINGS. Enter your code at ADD NEW COUPON. If the coupon code has been successfully redeemed or activated, a short notification will appear and the discount will be automatically applied to your next billing periods.

You can check your next renewal charge at the bottom of your plan summary. If the coupon code didn’t work, check:

  • That your order meets the requirements of the coupon code

  • That the coupon hasn’t expired

  • That you don't use any other coupon code yet (only one code is applicable at the same time)

You can also earn credits that cover the cost of a paid plan by our reward concept – and even making them free for certain periods of time. Get rewards by refering friends and completing milestone tasks (1 Credit = 1€ or 1$). It's quite simple to earn your first credits within the trial and apply them for a pro plan.


Upgrade your Subscription

If you want to enter a paid plan or if you need more accounts, simply upgrade your subscription by tapping on CHANGE PLAN and pick your package you want to subscribe. Your subscription will be upgraded straight away after confirmation of new plan. If you upgrade your plan, you’ll be charged a prorated amount based on the rate difference between the two plans and the remainder of the billing period.     


Downgrade your Subscription

A downgrade can only be executed upon renewal. If you are currently in the middle of a billing cycle, you may schedule to downgrade plan type to take effect on your next renewal date, but the system will not render these changes before that date. If you downgrade, you’ll have access to the features of the old plan until the end of the billing period. Read more about what happens if you downgrade to free plan.

Cancel your Subscription 

If you wish to cancel your subscription, just click the button PLEASE CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION at ABOUT BILLING. At the end of the process, a cancel confirmation pop-up will be prompted. After you have successfully cancelled, the system will give you the expiration date of your subscription, after which you will be not able get access to the pro features. Your subscription and benefits will be available for you until your subscription expires.
