In this update, we've expanded our player detail pages by a new analytics page offering you detailed player statistics. And we investigated time to bring women's football into Scoutpad.

Analyze players with spider charts

Along with your personal subjective evaluations and ratings, it's important to include objective statistics to make a detailed player analysis. The new Analytics page shows you standard values over the selected season and competition by a spider-chart.

This chart plots the eight highly important performance categories for a player's position group which gives a quick impression of a player’s specific profile in regards to his strengths and weaknesses. The light gray dashed radar painted beneath the colored player profile is the average for that position group in the given competition and season.

All perfomance values are scaled to 90 minutes and then evaluated and rated individually for that player’s position the player participated in.

Example:

The 3.44 for GK saves in the chart above means that the player saves in general 3.44 shots per 90 minutes compared to the average of 2.45 for goalkeepers in the competition 1. Bundesliga in season 2021.

The chart also enables you to easily compare players and specific core skills and to find the player you need.

NOTE: The new Analytics section with our detailed standard statistics is an exclusive part of our Single Pro and Custom licenses, this section is blocked within the Single and Free plan.

Scoutpad now offers a woman database

The passion and rising popularity of the woman fooball offers vast untapped potential for everyone. Scoutpad is one of the first digital products that implement woman data. All plans now have access to two workspaces: Male and Female. You can switch between the workspaces with a toggle on your homescreen. It will display currently used workspace in grey.

The functionality of the workspaces are the same. On FEMALE we'll offer you a full access to our woman database with a separate list of players and teams. You'll have a separate homescreen and may create workspace-related watchlists and shadow teams based on your plan limitations.
