This is the main view when starting the reports section. As a group admin or normal user, you can browse through all players’ scouting reports you have access to.

SEARCH: This bar allows to search for relevant reports of players or teams.

FILTER BAR: The filter bar. You can select a report status, user, team or time frame.

ADD A REPORT: From here you can simply create new team or player reports.

COMING UP: All upcoming matches available for quick-selection.

TEAM REPORTS: All match reports created on a team level.

PLAYER REPORTS: All single scouting reports created on an individual player level.

REPORT STATUS: The colour of the reporting button will change according to the status of the report:

  • NOT STARTED (Red): Report match card has already been created, but work on report has not yet been drawn up.

  • IN PROGRESS (Yellow): Work on report has already been started.

  • COMPLETED (Green): The report has been finalized and report statistics have been synchronized with player detail pages.

REPORTS OF MY GROUP: All reports of my group members (only visible on team licences and for group admins).

ASSIGNED REPORTS: This page shows both a list of reports that has been ASSIGNED TO ME from team members and a list of REPORTS I ASSIGNED to group members.

RECENTLY OPENED: The 10 last opened scouting reports.

Filter for matches and reports

All sub-pages can be filtered down by several filter criteria. These filters are currently selectable:

MATCHES: This option allows taking a look at only reports that are COMPLETED, IN PROGRESS or NOT STARTED.

USERS: By tapping a user name, you can reduce the number of reports to a specific team member.

LEAGUES: Filter the reports according to their league.

TEAMS: Option to display only matches of a specific club.

TIMEFRAME: Apply this filter to search for reports of a certain date range.

ONLY REPORTS ASSIGNED TO ME: Use this toggle to reduce the reports to those assigned to you by a team member.

The number of filter criteria applied is indicated by a red number at the bottom right of the filter button. If you want to filter for all upcoming matches of Borussia Dortmund, for instance, just type the team name using the filter criteria TEAMS. To remove the filter criteria, tap on CLEAR FILTERS.
