As a Group Admin it's quite easy to get your head around all interesting upcoming matches. When it comes to assigning a match to a group member, this is the way to do it:

Assign a match (as Group Admin)

You can assign a match when you are creating a new match card in Scoutpad by clicking ASSIGN MATCH TO USER. This will bring up the assigne dropdown. From here you can choose a team member from the list or use the search to find the team member.

The team member that you assign the match to, will receive a direct message from Scoutpad to advise them that they have been assigned a new match. Accordingly, the match card is duplicated to the account of the assigned scout.

Complete a report

Once you finished a report with all relevant notes and ratings, just click on COMPLETE REPORT in the PDF-file. The Group Admin will then be notified that the assigned match has been finished and the scouting report is available.

If any important information is missing in the scouting report, the Group Admin can mark the report as incomplete again. In this case the scout will receive a notification about the incomplete report and will be asked to revise the match details.

Filter incomplete/complete matches

For a better overview in your report dashboard all finished reports will be tagged with a banner COMPLETED. You can also filter from the side navigation menu by assignee, match category and for completion status (NOT STARTED, IN PROGRESS and COMPLETED).

Remark: Both the assigned scout and the group admin can edit the scouting report at any time, even after the completion status is officially set to completed.
