How to manage clients in an agency account

Set up clients correctly based on your agency setup in Scratcher to handle campaigns, data, and participants separately from one another.

To invite clients, go to the bottom left side of the platform in your Scratcher account setup.


Then, you can add and invite the client here:


Then, fill out all the information here and press 'Invite Client' when done:


Then, go up to the dropdown here to access the current workspace for the client, where data and everything related to that client is stored:

Then, you'll get a full overview of all the clients linked to your personal account:


Now, you can manage both your account and the attached clients by switching between them. If you’ve started building a campaign on your agency account instead of the client’s, click the 3 circles and select 'Move campaign' to add it to the correct workspace.
