Account Page Overview

Your Account page is the central hub for managing your company information and overall settings. Use this page to keep your details current and ensure smooth operations across your campaigns. By organizing key details and granting access to team members or agencies, the Account page helps ensure a seamless workflow and better management of your campaigns.

Company Information

Under the Company section, you can:

  • Upload and manage your company logo to reflect your brand identity.

  • Enter and update all relevant company details, such as contact information, address, and other essential data, to maintain accuracy.

  • Regularly review your company details to keep your account updated with organizational changes.

Accurate and up-to-date information ensures smooth campaign operations and consistency in your company's identity.

Notifications

Customize notifications to stay informed about important updates and activities in your account. Tailor notifications to specific events, ensuring you receive only relevant alerts.

Additional Features

The Account page also provides the following options:

  • Invite team members: Add employees or agencies to collaborate on campaigns. Team members can be granted different levels of access based on their roles, ensuring secure and efficient cooperation.

  • Activity log: Monitor account activity, changes, user actions, and updates. This log offers transparency and accountability, helping you review past actions or identify discrepancies.

  • Support access: Adjust settings to give the Scratcher support team access to your account and campaigns. This feature allows the support team to troubleshoot issues directly and offer timely assistance.

Account Details

Set up your account details by completing all required fields. These details can be updated at any time to reflect changes as your organization evolves. Ensuring accuracy and completeness helps maintain professionalism and credibility.

Log

Log shows you who and what has been accessed on your account. Example: check a campaign, who last entered and made updates on the campaign.

Data & Access

Give Scratcher access to your account, if you need help with a campaign.

Setup data deletion on your account, you have the option to choose when you want data to be deleted after a campaign has ended. By default, we do not delete the data.
