What a Rating campaign can be used for
How it works:
Users rate products, services, or experiences by selecting stars, emojis, or other icons to express their opinion. It’s simple, interactive, and provides valuable feedback while engaging participants.

To set up the 'Rating' campaign, open the campaign and select the game. From there, you can add your design and other settings.
We recommend reusing an existing design kit, then adding the prizes and customizing the overall look of the game.
Once you click on the section, you can adjust the setup for settings, content, style, and effects if desired. Don’t forget to click on 'Advanced' to activate additional fields.
Here, you can edit both the questions and the results by selecting 'Edit Quiz.'
You can add more questions, choose how responses should be given by opening the dropdown menu, and set specific Game Settings.
You can also set the maximum rating for one of the questions you’ve added to the flow.
Next, you can access the result page, where you can make adjustments to the layout and content.
Note: You can use the result page within this setup, or you can redirect users to the 'Finish' page instead.
To use the 'Finish' page as the final page, go into 'Edit Quiz', then choose 'Result Settings', toggle 'Use custom page', and select the desired page from the dropdown on the left-hand side.
To define and set up the images used for the rating scale, go to 'Content', then 'Answers', and scroll to the bottom where the image settings are located.
You can change the image for both the selected and unselected states.
The rest follows the standard campaign setup, where you design the full flow—including the overall campaign structure, prize pages, and emails if needed.
