Once you've added an integration, it may be connected at the account level, but please remember: it's not automatically applied to individual campaigns.

You must always configure the integration within each campaign for it to function properly. Please go to 'Add-ons' and enter 'Integrations':

Then you can choose one of the already available integrations here in the overview:

Then you can see your related integrations in 'My integrations', where you can set it all up:

👉 Please refer to the following article on how to set up your integration: How to set up a integration.

Always run a test to ensure the integration is working and that data is flowing correctly.

You can verify this both in the Scratcher dashboard:

And in your integration system.

We recommend testing the setup by publishing your campaign (make sure it’s not live on your website or shared publicly):

Then, use the public campaign URL to go through the entire flow, including trying to win prizes — this ensures everything is functioning as expected.

After testing, you can clear the test data from the campaign so it doesn’t affect your live results - both for the 'Dashboard' and also for 'Participants':

⚠️ Important: Only reset the data during the testing phase. If you reset it after the campaign is live and collecting real participant data, it cannot be recovered, and any prize wins or participant entries will be lost.
