Automation emails allow you to create an email, that can be sent out at a specific time during the campaign period or sent out via events that are based on the actions the participant has taken.

Create prize emails (pop-up)

All prizes and draws that have been created are listed in this dropdown. You have the option to choose if you want an email to be sent to the participant after they have won. Select email and click Create.

Prize email contains three things you must pay attention to when creating the email:

1. Filling in sender information

2. Structure of the email

3. Activate the email.

Email information

Fill in the sender information on your email. Fill in the name, subject field and preheader. When you have finished the email, we recommend that you click on Preview and send yourself a test email to see where the texts will be placed in your email.

Email activate email

To activate your email, select the time zone and click on the green toggle. You will be able to see the status of the email saying Active and it's marked green.

Email Automation

Automation emails allow you to create an email that can be sent out at a specific time during the campaign period or via events based on the actions the participant has taken.

Sending options

You can choose whether your automation emails should be sent out at a specific time or via an event. Once you have selected this, you will be allowed to choose whether you want a delay time on your email broadcast.

Event

Allows you to send an email based on an action on the campaign, e.g. the participant has not won, then you can select this and send an email to the participant after they have finished playing. Choose from different types of automation triggers.

Date

Allows you to send out an auto-generated email at a specific time. It could, for example, be a reminder email you send out to get the participant to participate more often.
