If your clinic uses ScribbleVet's Practice Plan, you can easily add team members: Introducing the ScribbleVet Practice Plan

  1. Log in to your ScribbleVet account.

  2. Click the + Invite your team button at the top of the screen.

  3. Enter your colleagues' email addresses to send them invitations.4. Navigate to the Seats Section: Log in to your ScribbleVet account and go to Settings (gear icon) → Practice → Seats.

  4. Assign Seats to Veterinarians: Review the counts for Full-time and Part-time seats, locate the "Guest DVMs" panel on the right, and click the (+) next to a DVM’s name to assign them to an available seat. Once assigned, the DVM moves from Guest to Active and gains full access.

  5. Add Additional Seats if Needed: Select "Add or remove seats," increase the number of Full-time or Part-time seats as required, and click Save Changes to confirm. A prorated charge will apply for the remainder of the billing cycle.

Support staff, such as veterinary technicians, practice managers, and front-desk personnel, can be added at no additional cost. Only veterinarians incur subscription fees, and the cost per veterinarian decreases as more are added to your practice. When adding seats mid-billing cycle, a prorated charge is applied for the remainder of the current billing period to ensure fair billing for the additional access. To add support staff, navigate to Settings → Practice → People → Invite. Veterinarians start on a free trial before being assigned to a paid seat.

If multiple veterinarians at your clinic already use ScribbleVet individually, you can consolidate accounts into a single Practice Plan workspace. To initiate this process, submit the designated form, and ScribbleVet's team will handle account merging and billing adjustments.### Resolving Access Issues If you encounter a "trial offer ended" message despite having an active subscription, it may be due to being signed into the wrong practice. To resolve this:

  1. Use the Practice Picker at the top of the screen to switch to the correct practice.

  2. Ensure you are in the practice that holds the active subscription and your assigned seat. Once corrected, access should work without the trial message.
