What is record review?
This new feature lets you upload a patient’s medical records and instantly receive a concise, AI-powered summary of their history. You can now walk into the exam room with confidence, knowing the key details are already highlighted for you.
How to use record review
Follow these steps to upload and generate a summary:
Click the Patients tab in the top left corner.
Find and select your patient from the list.
Go to the Record Review tab.
Upload the patient’s records (multiple PDFs supported).
Choose between chronological or problem-focused views
Add and save instructions to tailor future summaries to your preference
And the most exciting part of our update, you can now cross-reference original documents for fast validation
5. Click Generate to create the summary.
Where to find the summary
At the start of your patient’s next appointment, you'll find a Patient Preview section at the top of the transcript.
This includes:
Current medications.
Recurring conditions.
Noteworthy findings from past records and the past 5 appointments recorded with ScribbleVet.
This helps you get up to speed before you even enter the room.
Chat with Record Review
Chat with Record Review makes it easy to find exactly what you need in patient documents. Upload records once, process them, and ask direct questions.
Each answer includes references back to the original document so that you can trace every detail to its source.
