Multi-section copy: Select the sections you want to copy by checking the corresponding boxes.
Section-by-section: Use the Copy button on each section header to transfer specific parts of your note (e.g., History, Physical Exam, Client email).
Preserve formatting: Select your preferred text type to maintain formatting when transferring to your PIMS. We recommend:
Rich text for Shepherd, Rhapsody
Formatted text for Cornerstone, Instinct, ezyVet
Plain text for Avimark
Generated Note PDF download: Easily download the entire generated note or only specific sections as a PDF. Simply click the small arrow (▾) next to the visit type, select Download PDF, then choose the sections you’d like to export.
Transcript PDF download: At this time, there isn’t a way to directly download a PDF of the word-for-word recording transcript. However, you can view the full transcript by navigating to the Transcript section and clicking Show more. The transcript is time-stamped, and you’re welcome to copy and paste it into another document or program for your records.
Email entire note: Send a copy of the entire note via email to yourself or colleagues.
