The default landing page is set to the Appointment tab view.
To start scribbling:
Select New from the left rail.
There are options to enter a new patient name, select a pre-existing patient's name, choose a template, or skip the process if it is an emergency.
Record appointments directly with clients or dictate notes. ScribbleVet supports concurrent multipet appointment handling and allows for multiple recordings per appointment.
From the Patient appointment:
Select Record
Practice staff members can talk with clients about anything from the weather to weekend events. The veterinary language model ScribbleVet AI is based on, which will filter out any non-veterinary medical information.
When finished, tap "Scribble". The scribbled note will appear across multiple devices in the app, via email, and on our website within minutes.
Only the provider listed on the appointment can mark the note as reviewed. This will lock the note from further edits.
Notes are typically complete in a couple of minutes. Longer audio recordings or busier parts of the day may result in longer scribbling times, but it should never take more than 5 minutes to return a note.
Consent
We require the client's verbal or written consent before recording appointments or phone calls.
We can provide:
A consent form template
Waiting room posters
Suggested consent language
Example:
"Do I have your consent to record this conversation so that I can send it to a service that helps with my clinical documentation?"
