Getting started
Download the ScribbleVet app on iOS or Android, or visit our website at https://web.scribblevet.com.
Sign in using your email.
Verify your identity:
Check your email inbox for a 6-digit login code from ScribbleVet.
Enter the code in the verification field and click Verify to access your account.
Troubleshooting Tips: Check the spam folder if you can not find the confirmation code! If you cannot find the code, even in your spam box, your email provider may be blocking the sender's address, so please add scribblevet.com emails to your address book.
Once you have access to ScribbleVet, you can get right into recording your first note. Check out: How to start scribbling for more information.
Here are a few important things to note:
Multi-device support: Feel free to log in on multiple devices. Record notes on any device(computer, laptop, phone, or Apple watch) in the exam room. Use the website to access all the features and edit the scribble notes before emailing them or moving them into your PIMS.
Team access: Other staff members, like your trusty vet techs, can have their own ScribbleVet accounts via our Practice Plan! Or have them use ScribbleVet under a DVM's account. Each DVM should have their own separate account for accountability and secure record reviews.
Login errors: A six-digit login code will be generated each time you sign in and can only be used once. The codes expire in 10 minutes.
To request a new code, enter your email on the sign-in screen and hit continue. Emailed to you within a few seconds.
Set up a password under user settings on the Settings Tab to bypass this workflow.
