Search for potential candidates, review their profiles, download resumes, and invite them to apply — all from the Candidates section. This guide explains how to find and manage talent efficiently.
How To Access the Candidates Section
Click on Candidates and choose Search Candidates on the left-hand navigation menu .
Result: You will be directed to the main Candidates page where you can search for potential employees. |
How To Search for Candidates
Use the search tools to find candidates who match your needs.
Enter Job Title in the search bar (for example “Surgeon”).
Click Filter Results to refine your search by criteria such as Specialty, Sub-specialty
Review the list of candidates shown.
Note: Each profile displays a matching percentage to help you quickly identify qualified candidates
How To View Candidate Profiles
To view profiles of candidates, follow these steps:
Click on a candidate's profile from the search results to view more details.
A pop-up window will appear with basic information about the candidate, such as: Name, Job Title, Years of experience
Click Open profile to reveal data to view the full profile
Please Note: Opening a full profile may use one of your available profile views (written at the bottom of the left-hand menu)
How To Download Resumes
After opening the full profile:
Scroll down to view detailed information like education, work experience, and skills.
Click on the green button Download Resume
The resume will be downloaded in PDF format
How To Save Candidate Profiles
To keep a candidate for later:
Result: You can access saved profiles anytime from Saved Profiles in the left-hand menu.
How To Invite Candidates to Interviews
If you find a strong candidate:
Open the candidate’s full profile.
Click on the blue button Invite to Apply to Job.
Select the job post you want them to apply for from the drop-down menu.
Click Invite
Result: The candidate will receive a notification and can submit their application directly
