  • Other columns can be left empty or removed.

  • You can use the Download Template button on the upload screen to start with the correct format.

Tips

  • Use tags to organize prompts for filtering later.

  • If you’re unsure of the accepted Persona or Topic values, visit your Context page before uploading.

  • You can bulk-edit prompts later by exporting, updating in CSV, and re-uploading.

Editing Existing Prompts

We’re working on full UI support for editing Topics, Personas, and other details directly in Scrunch. Until then, you can use the CSV upload workflow as a workaround:

  1. Export Your Existing Prompts

    • Go to the Context tab and export the prompts you want to update.

  2. Archive the Old Versions

    • In the Prompts tab, bulk archive the prompts you plan to update.

  3. Update via CSV

    • Use the provided CSV template to adjust Topics, Personas, Platforms, or Tags as needed.

    • Re-upload the updated prompts using Upload with CSV.

Tip: Assigning Topics, Personas, or Tags during re-upload ensures they’re set exactly as you want from the start.

Note: Editing Prompts, Prompt Topics and Personas directly in the UI is not currently supported. We're actively working to add this capability.
