This can be used to enter alerts for actions related to the CP such as declaration of subjects, narrowing of laycan, nomination of vessel etc.

1.  Navigate to the Alerts section of the Recap tab and click 'ADD' to add an alert.

2. Enter the details as below instructed 

           Declaration Alert – Enter the details of the alert.

           Declaration Alert Recipients – Enter the email addresses of the recipients of                                                                      the alert. These can be sent to non-registered                                                                    users. If left blank, notifications will be sent to                                                                    everyone with access to this CP.

           Date/Time – Use the calendar functionality to select the date and time, then                                        select the time zone from the dropdown for when the alert is                                            sent.

           Declaration Alerts Enabled – Alerts are enabled by default. Click to disable.

3. When all details have been added, click ‘CREATE’. After the alert has been created,       you can re-enter the alert panel to “UPDATE” or “DELETE” the alert.

4. Multiple alerts can be created against a CP.
