The Alerts functionality can be used to enter alerts for actions related to the CP such as narrowing of laycan, nomination of vessel etc.
Navigate to the Alerts section of the Recap (at the bottom) and click ADD.
Enter the details of the alert including the recipients and the date/time the alert is to be sent.
When all details have been added, click CREATE.
Press SAVE on the top right of your screen to save the CP to allow such changes to apply.
You can re-enter the alert panel to UPDATE or DELETE the alert.
Multiple alerts can be created against a CP.
