You can send email notification from the action menu as below picture shows by clicking on the triple dots.
The email will include brief information of the CP :
Creator
CP ID
Status
Charterer
Vessel Name
CP Date
And you can access the CP by click on the Button shown below
Attachments will be added in the email depending on the status of the CP when sending. Please refer below

Working Copy/ Final - Recap, Charter Party and in-app attachments
