To notify a user that you have shared a recap/CP with them or notify them to take a look at the recap/CP, you can send a notification email.
Click on the Action Menu in the top right and select 'Send Notification' email.
You can send to all users or individual users that have been given access to the recap/CP (Permissions). Select as appropriate and click 'SHARE.'
They will receive a notification email which includes the key information about the CP:
Charterer Company
Vessel Name
CP Date
CP Creator
CP ID
Status of the CP
The email contains a link. Clicking on the link with take the user directly to the CP in Sea/contracts.
