If you are having issues receiving your notification e-mails for your drafted recap please try the following steps:

  1. Make sure to check your spam or junk e-mail folders to see if they are being sorted into these folders on outlook.

  2. Check with your IT team to make sure that your domain is able to receive notifications from 'no-reply@recapmanager.co.uk' as e-mail addresses with no-reply can usually be flagged and black-listed.

  3. To coincide with point 2 you can check with your IT team to see if they have received any e-mails at all from us.

  4. If all the above steps fail, please do reach out to us and we can take a look into this and escalate to our development team.

In the meantime, you can export the recap manually and send as an e-mail to the users if it is urgent while we investigate the issue.
