Check with the individual that shared the recap and confirm that your account has been saved within the "Permissions" box on the "Recap" tab:
This will ensure that you have been properly added to the recap.
If you are still unable to locate the recap then be sure you have the correct status filters applied on the home page, below the search bar:
If you are still unable to locate the recap then contact support@recapmanager.co.uk with the recap ID. This 5/6 digit number is found at the top middle of the recap, next to the form name and will likely have to be inquired to the person who is sharing the recap with you:
