There maybe a number of reasons why you can't find a CP in your dashboard.
The results panel only shows the CPs that you have access to under the criteria / filters you have applied.
Have you got the appropriate CP status filters applied? (By default only Draft and Working Copy is checked)
Did you or a user within your company create it?
(You should be able to see it if the CP is created by you or user within your company unless deleted)
If created by or copied by someone else, has it been shared with you?
(Ask your counter party to check in the permissions section if your name is in it, if not ask them to assign you with the proper access)
