How can I get the payment details?
Go to the “Wallet” section and select the “Money” payment method.
2. Select Canadian Dollar (CAD) as the top-up currency.
3. A payment form will appear.
Fill in the required information according to the form. The province should be selected based on the user’s region of residence.
Fee: 0%
Single top-up limit: C$5.05 – C$10,098
Name — Must match the name of the bank account holder.
Email — The email address you use for Interac transfers.
Province — Select the province from which you are making the payment.
Once all the information has been entered, click → Proceed to Payment.
💡Important: The website displays the banks available to the user based on the selected province.
If the user enters an email address that is not linked to their Interac e-Transfer wallet, successful crediting of the funds cannot be guaranteed.
Recommended Top-Up Procedure
Open your bank’s website or mobile app while keeping the payment form open.
Go to the Interac e-Transfer → Send Money section.
Create a transfer in your bank and open the payment form.
Enter all the required information into the bank’s transfer form.
Click Send in your banking app or on the bank’s website.
Return to the payment page and click Return to Merchant.
