Printing Labels (Sellar Shipping)

For UPS orders only you will need to allocate, create and print labels for your Products in their orders.

  1. Find the order you want to create labels for.

  2. Use create shipment under the action required banner.

  3. For larger packages such as kegs the labels will automatically be allocated 1 per item.

  4. For smaller packages such as boxes of cans or bottles you will need to create a label at the bottom of the shipment labels section

  5. For each label select the products that will be included. Remember you can create as many labels as you need based on how this is all packaged.

  6. Repeat until all items are allocated.

  7. Create Shipment to finish

Remember for Parcel Force the driver will bring the labels with them so need to create them in Sellar.

Booking a Collection (Sellar Shipping)

If you have used Sellar Shipping when finalising orders you will need to book a collection manually in Sellar. This will let the courier know when to come and collect your orders. You only need one collection, not a separate one for each order.

  1. Use New Collection to get started.

  2. Enter a weight and number of packages to let your Driver know what to expect

  3. Pleas select if the collection includes steel kegs or casks (The Driver cannot collect these types of Products if you do not select this)

  4. Choose a date for the collection (same day can only be booked before midday. No weekend collections currently)

  5. Choose a time frame for them to collect (earliest must be before midday and latest after midday).

  6. Optionally enter any special instructions for the driver.

  7. Book.
