How to locate all past and present orders on your Sellar account

How you can track the status of your order once it has been placed and look into solving any issues which may arise with your delivery.

You have placed your order and now you want to check on its delivery status.

  1. Click on the Order tab on the left side toolbar.

  2. Your orders page will show all past and present orders based on order date, with your latest order situated at the top - scroll down to view all. Click on each order to view and download the invoice, view order summary and details alongside viewing the payment terms applied to the order.

I wish to edit my order

You can edit your order while the order status is requested only, not once the supplier has accepted, finalised or dispatched your order.

To edit your order:

  1. Locate the order you wish to cancel in the Orders tab on your account.

  2. Click the Edit button under Order Summary.

  3. Continue back onto the supplier’s storefront to add and subtract items from your order before resubmitting your request.

I wish to cancel my order

You can cancel your order while the order status is requested or accepted, not after the supplier has finalised or dispatched your order, however.

To cancel your order:

  1. Locate the order you wish to cancel in the Orders tab on your account.

  2. Click the 3 dots located on the top right corner of the order page

  3. Click cancel order and confirm.
