Mention Sellar Credit in your email signature

Follow-up with your Pro-Forma customers

Identify the customers in your Customer List that are currently assigned to Pro-Forma payment terms. You can do this by using the filters in your Customer List and search by 'Pro-Forma'. This group of customers may be more likely to increase their ordering with you once they have access to a credit account.

You can message them directly on Sellar or reach out to them by phone or email.

Drop-off Sellar Credit leave behinds with orders or samples

In the Sellar Credit toolkit, there are two flyers you could use:

For getting your flyers printed we recommend using Solopress.

Use Sellar Credit to close new sales with prospects

It's typical for a supplier to offer a new customer pro-forma payment terms on their first few orders, sometimes followed by the opportunity to apply for a credit account directly with them.

This presents a risk for customers as it means they are required to pay upfront for products which they don't have certainty will sell through.

You can reduce the hurdle for new prospects to purchase your products by presenting the option to pay using Sellar Credit for their first order with you.

Include Sellar Credit in your pitch decks and trade brochures

In the pitch decks and brochures you make for your sales prospects and existing customers you can include how they can order from you on Sellar using Sellar Credit.

Use our toolkit for this and use:

Below is an example of how this may look:

You can generate QR codes in the free design app Canva or using free, online tools such as QR Code Generator.

πŸ’‘ Top Tips

Avoid being charged unnecessary Opening Order Fees.

  • Make sure to include a QR code or links pointing to your storefront link in any promotional materials and on all your marketing channels.

  • Remember to add any hot customer leads who you think may order from you soon to your customer list.
