You can refer any of your customers to Sellar Credit by sharing a link to the Sellar website with them. This webpage tells them about Sellar Credit, explains how it works and includes a link to signup.
Important notes:
A buyer must have a Sellar account in order to use Sellar Credit
It must be the company director who signs up to Sellar Credit
Existing Sellar users will see prompts from within the app to 'Get Started' with Sellar Credit. This will open up a window where they can reveal their balance and signup to use Sellar Credit.
When a new customer signs up to Sellar, they will see the option to check their credit limit and spend a few minutes signing up for their Sellar Credit tab. When talking with any prospects you can direct customers to your storefront link to signup for their account and avoid any Opening Order Fees.

No, customers must place their order themselves and select Sellar Credit at checkout. This is to ensure security for the use of a Buyer's Sellar Credit tab.

Yes, if you wish to only offer credit through Sellar Credit you can update your existing customer's terms to Proforma. They will then only see the option to pay upfront or pay via Sellar Credit.
If you choose to do this, we recommend communicating this with all of your existing customers. This will allow them to get set-up on Sellar and sign up for their Sellar Credit balance.
