Supplier Guide: Storefront Banners and Out Of Office

Announcement Banner

Add a Banner to the top of your Storefront to let your customers know about a new product or sale.

  1. Head to your Storefront Settings. Storefront > Configure

  2. Scroll to the 'Show Announcement' section, where you can configure and turn on and off the banner.

  3. Add information to make your banner:

    1. Add the 'Announcement', this is the text that will appear at the top of the Storefront.

    2. Optionally add a button label, which is the text that appears in the button.

    3. Add a hyperlink to the button. When pressed, this is where your Customer will go.

  4. To display the banner - Toggle the show announcement option on (green) and click 'Save Changes'

  5. To hide the banner - Toggle the show announcement option off (grey) and click 'Save Changes'

Examples of how you can use this:

  • Launching a new product or range

  • If you have a sale on products

  • Sign people up to your Trade Mailer

Out of Office

Let your Customers know you aren't there at the moment and when you will be back. We even calculate your delivery estimates based on your return date.

  1. Head to your Storefront Settings. Storefront > Configure

  2. Scroll to the 'Out of Office' section, where you can configure and turn on and off the banner.

  3. Set up your out of office:

    1. Enter 'Return Date' to show your Customers and to calculate delivery dates from. This must be in the future.

    2. Choose if you would like to automatically turn off your Out of Office on your return date above or manually.

    3. Write a message to your Customers to show in the banner.

  4. To turn on the Out of Office - Toggle the show announcement option on (green) and click 'Save Changes'

  5. To turn off the Out of Office - Toggle the show announcement option off (grey) and click 'Save Changes'
