What is Sellar Shipping?

Why might you use Sellar Shipping?

We've leveraged the combined buying power of all the makers we work with to secure great rates with couriers. You can use Sellar Shipping for the convenient collection and delivery of your products to customers you don't deliver to directly.

You can create and print labels for orders directly in Sellar and book those in for collections (up to 6pm for the next day). All with a few clicks. Any disputes, breakages or claims we handle for you. Saving you time chasing couriers.

With a weight limit of 30kg, you can ship the following with APC:

  • Cases of bottles

  • Cases of cans

  • 20L plastic kegs (unpackaged or packaged)

  • 20L bag-in-box

How am I billed?

Sellar Shipping is billed to you weekly for your exact use during that time.

Every week, we send an invoice with a detailed breakdown of all the charges.

This will include:

  • A detailed breakdown of each cost from APC.

  • Per shipment costs for your own records.

You will need to calculate simple delivery costs for your customers, for which we have guidance here.

Why choose APC?

Why choose APC as your Sellar Shipping Courier

  • Liquid items are sorted by hand – no automated machinery is utilised

  • All items are segregated into separate cages to ensure maximum protection

  • Next day delivery as standard (including Saturday)

APC Shipping Rates

These are the rates we will charge you for shipping with Sellar Shipping (Ex. VAT). You control your charges to your Customers in your Courier Delivery Settings.

All rates include:

  • Fuel surcharges

  • Specialist liquid delivery service

  • Collection from your address

All costs are calculated on a per consignment basis (per order). Multi-item rates and additions apply per order, not to all items within a collection.

For example:

Sending two 12 x 440ml can cases to a single venue on one order, outside of London.

2 boxes, 2 labels - £6.07 x 2 = £12.14

1 box, 1 label - £11.35 (minimum consignment value under 20kg)

Sending four 12 x 400ml can cases to a single venue on one order, outside of London.

4 boxes, 4 labels - £4.64 x 4 = £18.56
