With APC shipments, you will create labels and book a collection at the same time. You will need to do this on every order where APC Sellar Shipping has been chosen. See APC's shipping rates here.

You may see multiple collections in Sellar for APC, but don't worry, it's only a single one on their side for each day.

  1. Locate the order in your order list that is being fulfilled with Sellar Shipping. It must be finalised, choosing APC as the courier option. (You can edit orders to choose APC if you wish to switch.)

  2. Click on the 'Create Shipment' option in the banner at the top of the order to allocate labels to the products on the order.

  3. Use the 'Shipment Labels' section to do this:

    1. Large items such as 20L Plastic Keg and 20L Bag in Boxes will automatically be allocated a label. These will automatically appear in the list with a product next to them.

    2. Smaller items will need to be allocated if they are outstanding (the top shows how many items have been allocated of the total).

    3. To allocate them, create a new label using '+ ITEM' choose all the products to allocate to the label. A label is affixed to a shippable item or box. You may choose more than one product if you ship cases of 12 in boxes of 24s for example. Keg badges, merch and POS all in one box.

    4. Use 'confirm to add all the products to a label. This will now appear in the list

    5. Repeat until all the products have been allocated to labels.

  4. To edit the products on a label or delete a label, use the edit icon next to each label.

  5. Next, choose a collection date to allocate these labels to. Collections are booked when creating labels, and APC batches these together into a single collection:

    1. Choose or enter a date for the collection to take place. This will normally be pre-populated by the collection date selected when finalising the order. (APC offer next-day collection if booked before 6 pm Monday - Friday)

    2. Enter a time frame for your collection to take place.

  6. Optionally add delivery or collection

instructions specifically to this order. If the customer has entered some information on the orders, these will appear here for the courier.

  7. Use 'Create Shipment' to finish the process. Your labels will be ready to print, and your collection booked for this order. See our guide here on printing labels.
