Why doesn’t the delivery date I set in Sellar appear on the order in Breww?
Go to the integrations page in Breww. From the action menu for your Sellar integration, find and click ‘Configuration’. Ensure you have made the following selection, scroll down, and click ‘Save settings’.
Why did an order set as ‘direct’ on Sellar appear as a courier order in Breww?
Go to the integrations page in Breww. From the action menu for your Sellar integration, find and click ‘Configuration’. Ensure you have made the following selection, scroll down, and click ‘Save settings’. Ensure that your ‘delivery areas’ in Breww match those within Sellar. Why are stock levels not syncing?
Go to the integrations page in Breww. From the action menu for your Sellar integration, find and click ‘Configuration’. Ensure you have made the following selection, scroll down, and click ‘Save settings’.
Why are stock levels not syncing for a particular product?
Go to the integrations page in Breww. From the action menu for your Sellar integration, find and click ‘Product Mapping’. Find the product in the list and click the ‘Edit mapping for product’ button.
In the window that appears, confirm the option for ‘Sync stock level’ is not set to ‘Never sync’.
