Amazing news! You can now choose Spanish for your AI roleplays!
How to Switch to Spanish
To switch your roleplays to Spanish, go to the "Settings" section -> scroll down to the "AI role-play settings" -> choose Spanish.
You can choose between:
Spanish (Spain)
Spanish (LATAM)
Creating Spanish Roleplays
When switching the language for your roleplays, the list of created roleplays will change too.
If you had created 5 new roleplays when the language was set to English, and switched the language to Spanish (LATAM), you won't see those 5 roleplays in your roleplay list, but instead will see roleplays that are set and created for Spanish (LATAM). But after switching back to English, your created roleplays will still be there.
This way, you can separate roleplays created in different languages.
Important to note
It's still in BETA, so imperfections are expected. We can't guarantee the same level of AI accuracy as the English version.
Spanish is only added to roleplays. Real-time assistance and post-call functionalities are still only available in English, as are the scorecards and all UI on the platform.
You can customize your roleplay prompts in Spanish.
We won't be able to assist with Spanish support tickets. Of course, we'll use a translator if needed, but keep in mind that our main support is in English.
